KMP team members held senior positions in different hi tech & Telecom organizations including Europe Operation Management of CISCO, Regional Sales Manager Positions , Head of IT in Bowman Group of Companies, Teleforma, Intelenet and Apollo Solutions Ltd as well as Advisory Committee Member of ICANN and PIR .ORG

Dave Kissoondoyal – Founder & Chairman

Dave has extensive experience in the field of Information Technology and Telecommunications. Prior to KMP Global Ltd, Dave was respectively the Director of IT for Apollo Solutions Ltd, Intelenet Mauritius Ltd and Teleforma (an Upstream LLC company). Before holding these positions, as CTO, he was managing the WAN infrastructure for Bowman Group of Companies worldwide. He was also the Group Network Manager for Intercall Communications Ltd in the Ise of Man and Telecommunications Manager for American Sports Ltd. He setup the first call center in Mauritius in 1994 and installed the first ISDN PABX at the State Bank of Mauritius Ltd. He has worked in a diverse environment including Call Centres, BPO, and Telephone betting, Online gaming and gambling. Dave has been trained in the USA, South Africa and Europe in companies like AT&T, NCR, AVAYA, ERICSSON, DICTAPHONE, CHECKPOINT, DATACARD. Dave was also managing the overall operations including finance of Teleforma Ltd in the absence of the Managing Director. He holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Technology Mauritius and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from the SEMS, University of Surrey, UK. Dave is a member of the Chartered Management Institute in the UK. He has been a member of the At Large Advisory Committee (ALAC) of ICANN representing the whole African Region. Last but not least he has also been a member of the Advisory Council of the Public Interest Registry (PIR) .ORG

Ram Ramjheetun – Corporate Affairs Director

Mr. Ram Ramjheetun has been in the field of Human Resource and Corporate Affairs since 1983. He worked as HR Director in Reunion Island, Senegal, Tunisia, Bahamas, Bermuda Island, Guadeloupe, Indonesia, New Caledonia and now in Mauritius. His experiences encompass industries such as Hospitality, Business Process Outsourcing and Retail and Betting. Indeed, one of his notable achievements was managing international teams of about 2400 employees in the Hospitality Industry. As Corporate Affairs Director, Ram Ramjheetun is also known to have played a major role in attracting several foreign Investors to set up their companies from scratch in Mauritius, namely TELEFORMA, an Upstream US-based Company employing a team of more than 1,000 employees dealing with inbound and outbound calls from US clients. Ram Ramjheetun leverages an intensive knowledge of the Mauritian business environment and close link with relevant Government authorities, and business community at large. His notoriety was aptly recognized in the BPO community since Ram was also Secretary of OTAM (Outsourcing and Telecommunication Association of Mauritius).
